To help protect your order in transit, each Hubbardton Forge item ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. This helps reduce extra handling, lowers the chance of shipping damage, and may improve delivery efficiency.

If something is not right, call or text (802) 476-8787 within 30 days of delivery and we will help make it right. If a return is needed, we do not charge restocking fees. You are only responsible for return shipping, and we will provide a convenient UPS return label to simplify the process.
