As a courtesy, we will give you a 5% credit refund on the price you paid for any product that does not ship within two business days, when it ships. Orders placed after 12 noon eastern time are processed on the following business day, counting as day one of our two business days. Weekends and US Holidays are not counted as business days. Certain items may require more time as noted in the product's description. If these items do not ship in the time specified, we will give you a 5% credit refund on the price you paid for that product. If there is a product backorder, we will notify you right away. You are free to cancel your order or keep your place in-line, as backorders are filled on a first come first serve basis. We will notify you weekly at minimum to update you with the backorder status. If the delay is too long for your needs, we are happy to contact our vendor and have them search to find other distributors who may have this in stock for you.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number with estimated deliver date details, as provided by the shipper.

Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses. The warehouse will determine the best delivery carrier and method based on the product that is being shipped (usually either UPS or FedEx Ground).

During the checkout process, you are welcome to include any special delivery needs you may have (example: "please deliver to side door") in the comments of the order.

Please contact Customer Service for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping costs, or if you require a quicker delivery (additional fees may apply).

If the Ship To Address you provide us with is incorrect, the shipper may try to contact you (or the recipient name as given with the ship to address) to correct  the address. For these rare instances and in the event a package is refused, you will be charged back the actual full shipping fees incurred.

Does Isabelle's Lighting really guarantee always having the lowest prices?

Yes, always.

If within 60 days of your purchase at Isabelles Lighting, you find the same product in stock and advertised for less by another auhorized distributor, we will match that price and refund to you 25% of the price difference. (At this time we do not offer this guarantee if your purchase is made through our Amazon store. Our selling prices are never lower on our Amazon store, than on our www.isabelleslighting.com public site.)

Please provide the following three things by contacting Customer Service.

  1. Your name, phone number, email address and order number.
  2. The name of the authorized distributor selling at an advertised lower price excluding private quotes, coupons, or other rebate offers.
  3. A link to the public website page where this price is displayed from the authorized distributor.

Once we have validated the above information, we will issue you a refund directly to the method of your original payment and include an additional 25% refund on the difference of the two prices.

What Are My Payment Options?

For your convenience and privacy, we accept payment by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and check through Google wallet, or PayPal. Either choice offers the highest level of security, allowing us to process your payment without ever seeing or storing your credit card information.

Am I Charged Sales Tax?

Isabelle's Lighting is required to collect 6% sales tax only on orders shipped to a Vermont address. We do not collect sales tax to any other shipping destination.

What Is The Warranty On My Purchase?

We Guarantee the quality of our products. All products sold by Isabelle’s Lighting have a One-Year-Warranty (unless otherwise stated in the product's manufacturer warranty) that covers any product defects. Many of the brands we carry have a manufacturer warranty that runs beyond this period of time. Notify Customer Service in the rare event of a product failure. We will gladly allow an exact exchange at no additional cost.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Your Satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Isabelle's Lighting, simply contact Customer Service within 30 days for a Return Authorization Code. If your return is due to an Isabelle’s Lighting error or a problem with shipping, we will promptly refund 100% of your money or allow for an exchange. Returns made for any other reason are subject to a customary 15% restocking charge, as products must be carefully inspected and repackaged in the warehouse.

Lamp shades, light bulbs, replacement glass, ceiling fan downrods, fixture accessories, fittings and parts, custom-made, and any items purchased for stock or inventory are non-returnable / non-refundable.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

As we process your order the same day it is received, it is common to have your order ship the same day.

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we need to confirm with our vendor warehouse that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will issue your refund.

If we are unable to cancel your order, if it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in restocking fees being assessed. Please instead contact Customer Service for return instructions.

How Do I Order A Product Not Shown On Your Site?

Isabelle's Lighting offers products from many quality manufacturers that we have offered our customers through our history, since 1970.

As we are in the process of updating our website to make the shopping experience better for you, our valued customer, if we carry something, but do not show it on our site yet, please contact Customer Service for a quote. We would be happy to research your request and answer back with the price and availability. Please include the brand name and manufacturer's item number whenever possible. If we find the item you need, we will make it available for you, and any future customers, for purchase directly through our website.
